2. Platform Role

EV Kurradu is not a manufacturer, dealer, distributor, reseller, repair center or warranty provider unless explicitly stated.

EV Kurradu acts only as:

• A marketplace facilitator
• Listing platform
• Lead generation platform
• Booking assistance platform
• Consultation platform

Final purchase agreements are directly between users and respective sellers/dealers/service providers.

3. Vehicle Bookings

Any booking amount paid on EV Kurradu is considered a platform facilitation/service fee unless otherwise specified.

EV Kurradu does not guarantee:

• Vehicle availability
• Delivery timelines
• Dealer commitments
• Registration approvals
• Manufacturer warranty approvals

All vehicle-related responsibilities belong to the respective seller/dealer/manufacturer.

4. Spare Parts

Spare parts listed on EV Kurradu may be fulfilled by third-party sellers.

EV Kurradu does not manufacture, store or guarantee spare parts unless explicitly stated.

Product specifications, warranties, compatibility and delivery are the responsibility of the respective seller/manufacturer.

5. Resale Marketplace

EV Kurradu only provides a platform for independent buyers and sellers to connect.

EV Kurradu:

• Does not verify ownership
• Does not inspect vehicles
• Does not guarantee seller authenticity
• Does not participate in payment transactions
• Does not guarantee vehicle condition

Users must independently verify:

• RC documents
• Ownership
• Vehicle condition
• Battery health
• Payment safety

Buyers and sellers transact entirely at their own risk.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• To provide accurate information
• Not to post fraudulent listings
• Not to misuse the platform
• Not to upload false documents
• To comply with applicable laws

7. Payments & Refunds

Booking/listing/service fees paid to EV Kurradu are subject to the applicable Refund Policy.

Final product/vehicle payments made directly to sellers/dealers are outside EV Kurradu’s responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

EV Kurradu shall not be liable for:

• Seller fraud
• Product defects
• Delivery delays
• Registration issues
• Warranty disputes
• Service disputes
• Payment disputes between users
• Losses arising from third-party transactions

9. Account Suspension

EV Kurradu reserves the right to suspend/remove users or listings violating platform policies.

Seller Declaration

By listing on EV Kurradu, sellers confirm:

• They are legal owners/authorized sellers
• Information provided is accurate
• Uploaded documents are genuine
• Listings do not violate laws

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are fully responsible for:

• Product quality
• Vehicle ownership
• Delivery commitments
• Warranty commitments
• Fraudulent information
• Legal compliance

Indemnification

Seller agrees to indemnify and protect EV Kurradu against claims arising from seller misconduct, fraud or misrepresentation.

RESALE DISCLAIMER

Important Notice

Vehicles listed in the resale section are posted by independent third-party sellers.

EV Kurradu:

• Does not inspect vehicles
• Does not verify ownership authenticity
• Does not guarantee seller claims
• Does not mediate payment transactions

Buyers must independently verify:

• RC documents
• Vehicle condition
• Battery health
• Loan/NOC status
• Insurance validity

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Fees

Booking/facilitation fees may be refundable only if:

Non-Refundable Situations

Fees may not be refundable after:

• Lead sharing
• Consultation completion
• Listing activation
• Seller contact details are shared

Resale Listings

Listing service fees for resale vehicles are non-refundable once listing is published.

Courses & Digital Products

All course purchases, digital content, downloadable materials and educational services provided through EV Kurradu are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed.

Users are advised to review course details, requirements and descriptions carefully before making payment.

EV Kurradu does not guarantee job placements, earnings, business success or specific outcomes from any educational content or consultation provided through courses.

Third-Party Transactions

EV Kurradu is not responsible for refunds related to direct buyer-seller transactions.
